Catch-Up Cuppas around the coast are a time to share the dementia journey: Relationships are formed and information is shared over a cuppa.
Exercise on chairs and in the water to music is an activity that is a mix of stimulation and relaxation. It is effective for body, brain and mental health. Participants sing and laugh in the sessions. As one said, it’s great to have something to look forward to and I like to see my new friends and I’m getting fit.
