For seniors, people diagnosed with dementia and related disorders like Parkinson’s, stroke, or arthritis and their family or paid carers
Enjoy the water exercise with those who understand with the support from a Professional Group Fitness Instructor, Glen Mc Fadden.
In a heated (28 degrees) 25m indoor, accessible swimming pool
Weekly on Thursdays: 10 am – 11 am
