Ageless Grace exercises 

Are performed safely on a chair.

Music is used to help to stimulate and relax.

Support body, brain and mental health.

A wonderful opportunity for the carer and caree to enjoy and continue at home.

A social event to meet others on the dementia journey. Have a chat over morning tea.

Are FUN!

For: People with dementia and family carers or a paid support person to attend.

Venue: Laurel Springs Village, 18 Doolan Street, Nambour.  (Look for the weeping willow tree)

$10 a person     $15 a couple.     Check if the service provider from My Aged Care will fund the exercise programme.
