Living with dementia and being a carer may be challenging, isolating and lonely.
This is a social time for people living with dementia, their family or paid support carers
and post-carers.
Post-carers are carers who have loved ones living in nursing homes, residential aged care facilities or Supportive Disability Accommodation or have passed on.
It is a time to share information and enjoy with those who understand.
